the High Commissioner would like again to request your Government to participate in this endeavour and to contribute to the speedy solution of the problem by authorizing a special quota for admission of some of these displaced persons to your country over a given period of time.
I very much hope that, in accordance with its long-standing tradition of co-operation in humanitarian activities, your Government will find it possible to give early and favourable consideration to this appeal.
