A 25
45. The proprietor of any industrial undertaking-
(a) who contravenes any of the provisions of regulation 30(2),
31(1) or 33(3);
(b) in which any person is permitted to do anything in con- travention of any of the provisions of regulation 16C(1), 16C(2), or 25; or
(c) in respect of which any of the provisions of regulation 9(1) or (3), 10, 11, 13A, 14, 23, 24, 27, 28, 35 or 38(1) are contravened,
shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable to a fine of five thousand dollars.
46. The proprietor of any industrial undertaking—
(a) who contravenes any of the provisions of regulation 8,
15, 15A or 16B; or
(b) in respect of which any of the provisions of regulation 12(2), 13, 26, 32, 36, 39(1), 40 or 42A are contravened, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable to a fine of two thousand dollars.
47. The proprietor of any industrial undertaking—
(a) in which any person is permitted to do anything in con-
travention of any of the provisions of regulation 7;
(b) in respect of which any of the provisions of regulation 29,
34, 37(1) or 38(3) are contravened; or
(c) in which an accident or dangerous occurrence occurs and is not reported or notice in writing of the death of any person resulting from such accident is not given in con- travention of any of the provisions of regulation 17 or 18, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable to a fine of one thousand dollars.
48. Notwithstanding anything contained in section 13 of the Ordinance, the proprietor of an industrial undertaking in or in respect of which an offence against regulation 20(4) or 21 is com- mitted shall not be guilty of a like offence.

DANGEROUS OCCURRENCES
Bursting of a revolving vessel, wheel, grindstone or grinding wheel moved by mechanical power.
2. Collapse or failure of a crane, derrick, winch, hoist or other appliance used in raising or lowering persons or goods or any part thereof (except the breakage of chain or rope slings), or the overturning of a crane.
3. Explosion or fire causing damage to the structure of any room or place in which persons are employed, or to any machine or plant contained therein and resulting in the complete suspension of ordinary work in such room or place.
