REQUISITIONING OF SHIPS ORDER 1969
1. I would be grateful for your comments on and clearance of the attached draft letter to the Civil Aviation Department of the DoT. I would particularly welcome Mr Rushford's comments on the wording I have suggested in paragraph 2b of the letter and Mr Pendleton's assurance, given perhaps after consultation with N&TD, that there is nothing exceptionable in paragraph 5a of the 1969 Order.
