EXPATRIATE FENSIONS COMPENSATION SCHEME
1.
We in IMD have seen a copy of Iir West's (OIM) minute of 17 September seeking agreement to ir Hall's accompanying him on a visit tō dependent territories in the Western Pacific and to Hong Kong.
2. Mr Fall had already mentioned this proposal to Mr Stewart. We acknoledge that there is a good case for In Hall's accompanying Mr West and, so far as HKD is concerned, the proposal has mur support.
