Please forgive so belated a note to thank you for the time you gave me on 19 November during my visit to Hong Kong. I was most interested to hear your views, not only, I should say, on the Urban Council, but also on South East Asian support!As you might guess, I carried away a number of ideas which I shall be following up in due course.
