The to V, and 50% for Forms VI in government and aided schools. financial need of the student is assessed by the principal based on the information supplied in the application form with the help of a guide issued by this department, Not all schools use up the maximum quota of free places. Special permission may be given to genuine hardship cases in schools where the maximum quota is exceeded.
