Comment
The target figures are unchanged from those given in paragraph 14 of Annex D. This planned capacity, plus the provision in 1978/79 of 48 additional beds in maternity and child health centres and 60 day beds in clinics,
Hospital Hospital) will meet the target of 4.8 beds per
thousand population in 1983/84 (see fourth sentence of paragraph 14 of Annex D).
A Working Group has been set up to consider the measures necessary to eliminate the need for camp beds in hospitals. The Group's report will be submitted by November 1976.
