a progress report, sent by Ardley under cover of
a letter dated 20 October.

I am afraid that, in an anxiety to let you have a specimen for your meeting this week, we included some old and out of date forecasts of the education programme.

Would you therefore please ignore that part of the attachment to Ardley's letter which deals with Secondary Education.
