HK$250 million at 62% raised through the issue of 5 year bonds under the authority of the Loans (Government Bonds) Ordinance 1975.
2. US$60 million at 11% over the London inter-bank rate from the Euro currency market for 5 years 1975.
US$3.2 million raised to finance the purchase of coins from UK at 11/8% over the London inter-bank rate 1975.
