Lord "oronwy-Roberts may wish to look at the attached redraft of Sections V and VI and Annex C of the Planning Paper before his meeting with Sir Denys Roberts tomorrow morning.
This draft incorporates the amendments that have been made in the course of a number of meetings with Sir Denys Roberts during this week.
2.
Mr Cortazzi and I would be happy to discuss the Paper in greater detail with Lord Goronwy-Roberts if he so wishes.
