Plot ratio concessions to be permitted in respect of the Mass Transit Railway Com- plex, accesses, etc.
No part of any building to be erected to exceed a height of 600 feet CPD.
(iii) The Conditions of Grant to
contain a 'design and dis- position clause' requiring development to be subject to the special approval of the Director of Public Works,
(iv)
The grantee shall be re- sponsible for demolition of the existing building standing on the lot at his own expense;
The grantee shall, within 48 months from the date of issue of a certificate certifying substantial completion of the station complex, erect on the lot a building to the value of $36 million;
The premium will be valued as at the date of grant, The pre- sent valuation is in the order of $6,500 per square foot or $160 million overall.
