Schedule.

21.

(1) The Railways Ordinance does not apply to

the Corporation, its property or affairs.

(2) The Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance

does not apply to the Corporation, its property and affairs

to the extent set out in the Schedule.

(3) The Buildings Ordinance does not apply to any

building works carried out by the Corporation or by any

other person in connexion with the construction or

operation of the railway.

Avoidance of doubt.

(Cap. 245.)

(4) Section 13 of the Summary Offences Ordinance

does not apply to any noise made nor to any piling

carried out by the Corporation or by any other person in

connexion with the construction or operation of the

railway.

22. For the avoidance of doubt and without prejudice

to any other Ordinance it is declared that the railway

premises is a public place for the purpose of the Public

Order Ordinance.

Corporation

prosecute

in its name.

Without prejudice to any Ordinance relating to the prosecution of criminal offences or to the powers of

the Attorney General in relation to the prosecution of

criminal offences, prosecutions for an offence under this

Ordinance may be brought in the name of the Corporation.
