NARCOTICS: UN MEETING OF LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS IN THE FAR EAST
Would you please refer to your letter UN 19/1 of 18 August.
In view of Charles Drace-Francis letter NS 98/76/98c of 8 August I think you may formally reply to Dr Martens' letter of 12 June to the Ambassador to say that Hong Kong will be represented at the 1975 meeting in Indonesia by Mr H J Rumbelow, Chief Superintendent of the Hong Kong Narcotics Bureau.
