Mr. I.M.G. Williams, Director of the Programme for Drug Abuse Control in Thailand, who strongly recommends that it is of such merit that it should be shown for briefing purposes to members of the Burza mission before they leave for Rangoon on 27 October. approximately 80 minutes running time.
The film has
I have spoken about the film to Mr. C.J. Train, Head of the Drugs Branch in London and representative of the United Kingdom on the Commission on Narcotic Drugs, who endorses the value of the film and advises that it can be procured from the Producer at a cost of approximately £300 (US$ 750).

I have to request your approval of the purchase of the film, the cost of which would be debited to UNFDAC account No. AC2-50.110-660.
