The delegation are unlikely to be back in liong Kong in the near future but they seemed to have learned a lot during their travels and to have mellowed a bit in the process.
The talks on air communications are being separately reported by BCARFE, This is perhaps the most hopeful development and I look forward with interest to learning whitehall's reactions to BCARPE's exploratory talk.
