the Home Office are still not prepared to go further than they have already done in public (serial 142). Hong Kong have sent details of the refugees who wish to come to the UK (serial 141 a, b and c).
Vietnamese Aircraft

An aircraft of Air Vietnam has become the subject of legal action in Hong Kong. SEAD are dealing with the matter. It is a separate issue from that of the refugees but the two could presumably become mixed if the PRG became actively involved in the aircraft case.
