VIETNAMESE REFUGEES
1. In our telegram No. 502 of 25 June we advised you that ODM had agreed to provide an additional £50,000 to help care for the refugees.
2. We understand from ODI Finance Department that it will necessary for your Director of Audit to produce a certificat and acquittance that the money has been used for the purpose intended.
3. I would be grateful if you would arrange for such a certificate to be forwarded in due course.
