The humble Petition of TSUI Kwok Kin now of Stanley
Prison, Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong, SHEWETH :
1. That your Petitioner was convicted of murder and
sentenced to death on the 24th day of July, 1974 in the
Supreme Court of Hong Kong.
2.. That your Petitioner appealed to the Full Court against
his said conviction. The appeal was heard and dismissed by
the Full Court on the 17th day of December, 1974.

That your Petitioner was born on the 27th day of July,
1953 in Canton, China and is now 21 years of age.

That your Petitioner came to this Colony at the age of
7 with his grandmother and had been residing in Tai Kong Po
Village, Kam Tin, Yuen Long, New Territories in the said
· Colony ever since until his arrest on the 14th day of Novem-
ber, 1973.
5. That your Petitioner finished his primary education in
Wang Taou Shan Primary School in 1967 and studied Form One
in Pak Yu Middle School at Hung Shui Kiu, New Territories
aforesaid from 1967 to 1968 and in the Hong Kong Sea School
at Stanley from 1968 to 1970.

That your Petitioner has worked for the China Navigation
Co. Ltd. under Butterfield & Swire (H.K.) Ltd. for about half
a year and then for the Shell Company of Hong Kong Limited
for another half year. Then towards the end of 1971, your
Petitioner started helping his father with his farming and
chicken business.
