I. SUMMARY
The Prisoner came from a good family which enjoyed good financial security until recent economic recession. The family is receiving Public Assistance of $210 a month from the Social Security Division, Social Welfare Department since 15th August this year.
He had not received a high school education but was able to communicate sensibly and understand between right and wrong. He was not a bad son at home and handed in his wage packet on pay day after work. In work situation he was lazy in work but caused no major trouble to his employers. He was not a strong-willed or emotional person nor has he any bad habit. There might be a darker side of his life known only to himself as he tended to go out and return home late at night. He might fall into bad company while working as unlawful taxi-driver, and took a false step in life. He was not irretrievable, given the lesson now he had learned.
