the Crown's own evidence that there was no blood stains
whatsoever on the knife Your Petitioner held at that time.
Your Petitioner never had any intention to kill the
said man.
Also, had Your Fetitioner known the true
relationship between the 1st Defendant and the said man, he
would never have agreed to do the job asked for by the 1st
Defendant.

Your Petitioner begs to say that he is most
remorseful for what he has done. Unlike some others connected
with this case he had a clear record and should never have
accepted the offer of money for beating anyone up, almost
needless to say, he would never have agreed to the 1st
Defendant's offer had he known that the deceased was his
father. Your Petitioner was born in Lantao Island in 1949.
About one week after his birth, Your Petitioner's mother died.
Your Petitioner has been brought up by his father, and he
loves his father very much. Your Petitioner would not do

and son, let alone killing or beating up a father at the
request of a son.

Your Petitioner was deprived of any maternal love
