I know nothing of this case, and was at first tempted to throw the documents away, but, reflecting that if every Member of the Imperial Parliament did so, somebody like this correspondent would be without the sort of redress of parliamentary scrutiny that people in Britain take for granted, and thought it right to ask you if you would be kind enough to let me know what
