You wrote to Jim Callaghan on 29 January enclosing": correspondence which you had received from Mrs Elsie Elliott of 55 Kung Lok Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
Mrs Elliott was particularly concerned about the investigation into the murder of So Ming Wai. I have referred this matter, to the Governor, and I shall write to you again as soon as I have his reply.
You asked if you could come and see me about my recent visit to Hong Kong, I am glad to hear that you will be coming here on 12 February (at 11am), and I look forward to seeing you.
