As requested in your letter of 21 January I enclose a copy of the transcript of the BBC "Midweek" programme transmitted on 16 January. I told you over the telephone on 28 January that we have learnt from Mr Harknett, a member of the Independent Commission against Corruption's staff, who has been in London, that the Independent Commission now have a copy of this.
