Enclosed are clippings from the South China Morning Post
of some of the stories I wrote on my return to Hongkong from
London.

Their publication has been favorably commented on here,
especially the story from the senior sources in Whitehall,
which has pleased everybody.
Many of the leading Chinese newspapers reprinted this
verbatim, so the message has filtered through to the bulk
of the population.
Once again, Sir, many thanks for your help while I was
in London and I look forward to seeing you again on your
next visit to Hongkong.
