(a) that the Hong Kong Government should opt
for the Royal Navy presence to comprise
five patrol craft;
(b) that UMELCO should meet with the Governor
and senior officials on 24th October 1975;
(c) that UMELCO should select about four unofficials
to whom the Governor could turn for advice
during negotiations with Mr. Rodgers;
(d) that the Minister of State for Defence
should be invited to address this Council
