of the garrison: these will affect the questions of whether the frigate must be refitted in the UK for reasons of dockyard work load, or in Hong Kong, which the Hong Kong Government would prefer, and whether the cost of the alternative patrol craft option should include replacement costs, which would make it a good deal less attractive to Hong Kong. I hope that we may have answers on these points before the briefing meeting.
