FCC telegrams numbers 593 and 594 to Hong Kong.

Hong Kong telegrams numbers 796 and 797 to the FCC.

You will also see from the note of the meeting held in MCD on 17

18 July that officials have now agreed the outline of a draft Memorandum of Understanding subject to a satisfactory outcome of the crucial negotiations on cost sharing.

2. I also attach below a minute to Mr O'Keeffe about the meeting which I attended in MOD this morning in his absence on leave.
