Further to the Reference, some addressees will already know that the dates of the visit have now changed to 28th October - 6th November. I can therefore offer a relaxation in the briefing schedule, since briefs prepared too far in advance could require inordinate updating. To enable briefs to be with
the Minister's office on Monday, 20th October, with a prior period for coordination and so on by ÁUS(GS), all briefs should be with DS6 by close of play Thursday, 9th October.
