CONCLUSION
It is concluded that:
a. The required reductions in personnel to the force level
currently approved by the Chiefs of Staff will be completed by 1 April 1976.
b. The number of LEP/LEC personnel made redundant will be
less than the number of posts to be cut.
c. Until certain decisions are received from single service
departments detailed plans cannot be completed at an early
date.
d. The movement of personnel affected by the approved
reductions can be accomplished using routine trooping flights
and the special aircraft proposed for arms plot moves.
