3. May I be advised by telephone (Ext 6284) by noon on Friday 16 May that you have taken note of CBFHK's proposals and agree that they should be used as a basis for further planning. Subject to your agreement I will then invite CPL to co-ordinate detailed planning as necessary and inform CBFHK of these arrangements.
