DEFENCE REVIEW: HONG KONG
Lord Goronwy-Roberts has seen a copy of the Defence Secretary's letter of 11 February to the Foreign and Commonwealth Secretary about Hong Kong and the Defence Review, and has commented that he hopes we can work from the basis of minimum need and negotiate for the highest possible Hong Kong contribution linked to a graduated period.
