1. The present capacity is 200 and there is spare space but not staff for an additional 47 beds.
2. After the restructuring of the Garrison, and a small reduction in staff, capacity will remain at 200 (+47), but it is anticipated that full occupancy will seldom be reached thus allowing beds to be offered elsewhere.
3. It is estimated that the lowest sensible charge per patient per day should be not less than £30; cost of drugs and technical services would be extra.
