be possible to set up a panel of

'experts' in Britain who have a

the work of the Polytechnic.

The Polytechnic would welcome TETOC

Recruitment Unit's views.

The Polytechnic will inform

TETOC of those cases where it

will take up references directly.

The agreed procedure includes the

provision by TETOC of an interview

report.

Post-selection - The Polytechnic will not normally procedure

copy offers to TETOC but there

will be regular reports after appoint-

ments have been made.

Intercommu- nication.

The exchange and updating of progress

reports was agreed as vital.

It was agreed that information would

be provided of names and qualifications

of non-TETOC candidates appointed to

posts for which TETOC had been attempting

to recruit.
