As far as we are concerned it is

fine. We are not at this stage clear whether the aper is to

be presented in the normal way at a Projects Committee Meeting

or whether it is to be put directly to the Minister for his approval. We are hoping the latter, but in any event approval should be given for the Project in the fairly near future.

Once the Polytechnic Project has been approved, it is our intention to treat the Technical Institute's Project in the same manner.

I hore the above is of interest. we had hoped to have sorted all this out before we met Mr Hunting to make discussions more meaningful.
