We have agreed with the Hong Kong Polytechnic that the Crown Agents should order the books only on the 'master lists'. Care will be taken by the Hong Kong Polytechnic on all future orders SO that the order slips match with the master lists.

With the three books that B.H. Blackwell Ltd. have supplied and which you have reported
as 'do not appear on list
of ordered books or differ in quantity, they are clarified as follows:

Building in fact has been listed in BG 001 as itom 2 on page 13 and in BG 004 item 4 on page 3. The quantity mentioned in BG 004 should have two and not one as mentioned in the Master list.
Item (2) H. Read: Surrealism is not Hong Kong
Polytechnic's order.
Item (3) Disney and Reynold: Reinforcement for concrete. This is Hong Kong Polytechnic's order but was omitted from the Master list.
