The annual basic amount is 1,000 yen plus an additional amount of 1% of the average monthly standard remuneration multiplied by number of months of insurance. There are also dependants' supplements of 28,800 yen for spouse, 9,600 yen for first and second children, and 4,800 yen for each additional child.
