Further to paragraph 2 of Mr O'Keeffe's minute of 10 October, the Committee's Clerk has now confirmed that the oral briefing will be held at 11.30 a.m. on Tuesday 11 November in Committee Room 7 at the House of Commons. The Sub-Committee will probably be briefed first on Cyprus (by SED) and then on Hong Kong. I would be grateful if addressees would kindly let me know who will be attending from their departments.
