The Governor of Hong Kong, Sir Murray MacLehose, will be attending meetings in the Office from Wednesday 9 April to Friday 11 April inclusive.
2. I should be grateful if you would issue me with a temporary office pass for his use over this period. It would be helpful if you could send it to me by Friday 4 April.
