Dean Iam
We spoke recently about the forthcoming visit of a party of Urban Councillors, details of whom were given in correspondence enclosed with my letter to Andrew Stuart of 12th February. I confirm arrangements for the Group, accompanied by the Secretary of the Council, to call upon you at 11 30 a.m. on Wednesday 23rd April. I shall also be very glad if you can come and have luncheon with me and my wife at this Office at 12 45 p.m. on the same day when I shall be entertaining the Group, as well as Sir Paul Bryan, M.P., and a representative of the GLC, probably the Vice Chairman, Mr. B.S. Mason.
For your information, the Group will be meeting the Anglo-Hong Kong Parliamentary Group at the House of Commons on Tuesday 22nd April at approximately 6 00 p.m. Sir Paul Bryan is well aware of the fact that Miss Elliott's interests may extend beyond the avowed scope of the Group's visit to London. I will also make sure that this is appreciated by the GLC.
yours
