The Folder 1 brief on the Line to Take is interded to be for Lord Goronwy-Roberts's use with the press and to some extent with UMELCO. The suggested questions were provided by Hong Kong. I have taken a copy of the brief with me to Hong Kong end will telegraph back before Lord Goronwy-Roberts's departure, any changes to the proposed answers.
