I enclose a copy of a letter dated 24 May from Mr I D Withers. The writer's brother, Mr S R Withers, was apparently refused entry into Hong Kong on 16 May.
2.
Mr Withers does not indicate the precise nature of the enquiry made by Messrs Gunston & Chow in order to ascertain whether a refused entry was likely. We have sent a brief acknowledgement, but we should be grateful for your early comments in order to enable us to reply more fully.
