Jenkins had already informed us of his intention to appeal against the Direc tor of Immigration's decision and in the light of the information he has given to Sir Anthony we are dealing with this as an appeal under section 53 of the Immigration Ordinance and as such. this will be considered by the Governor in Council,
I'll write again as soon as the Governor in Council has considered the appeal.
