I asked you in my letter of 11 December if you would kindly let us know the date when Mr Jenkins's appeal will be heard.

I am now writing to add that the Minister has said that he hopes it may be possible for the enquiry into this case to deal not only with the appeal but also with the complaint about the way the case was handled and the case for a refund of the passage money. ·
