Honourable Members will be asked to advise whether:
the two-phased programme outlined at paragraph 13.4 of the draft White Paper be adopted in principle;
the regionalisation programme described in Chapters 5 and 6 of the draft White Paper should start on 1st April 1975, with the integration of the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals, who should be consulted on the introduction of charges;
the proposals for increases in charges in third class beds of Government hospitals be implemented as set out in paragraphs 15 and 16 above;
the second medical school be established at the Chinese University of Hong Kong with associated clinical teaching facilities at Sha Tin Hospital as recommended by the UPGC;
a Faculty of Dentistry be established at the University of Hong Kong as recommended by the UPGC; and
other general proposals for the development of medical and health services set out in the draft White Paper be adopted, and the White Paper should be tabled before the end of the current session of the Legislative Council.
