I should like to thank you very much for a most excellent lunch and for the valuable discussions which we were able to have during my recent visit to London together with Mr. Davies. It was very useful, from my point of view, to exchange views with you and to explore the possible outlines of further associated action to achieve greater control of drug abuse.
Perhaps you would be so kind as to pass my thanks also to your colleagues, Mr. Stuart and Mr. Wenban-Smith. It was a great pleasure to make Mr. Stuart's acquaintance and to meet Mr. Wenban-Smith again, I very much hope that we may see him in Geneva before he leaves you for Dublin.
