1. We spoke. I attach a draft letter to ir Rolph forwarding a copy of the MOD letter on the action that the Royal Navy might undertake against Thai trawlers. The MOD have no objection to us sending a copy of this letter to Mr Rolph.
2. I also attach a draft letter to Ar Train commenting on olph's letter of 11 January 1974.
