10. If this recommendation is approved, it will be necessary, before writing to 20, to obtain the approval in principle of establishment Livision 6 to the expences of the Head of Drugs Branch in attending such meetings being borne by the Home Office.

I am sending a copy of this note to Mr Graham-Harrison, whom I consulted last year, in your absence, when the propceal for the 1973 meeting in Hong Hong was first mace.
