(c) by adding after subsection (2) the following new
subsections
"(3). In addition to any penalty imposed
under subsection (1), the court may order a person
convicted of an offence under section 10(1)(b) to
pay to the Crown the whole or any part of any
pecuniary resources, or a sum not exceeding the
value of any property, the acquisition of which
by him has not been explained to the satisfaction
of the court.
(4) An order under subsection (3) may
relate to any pecuniary resources or property
held by any person in trust for or otherwise on
behalf of the convicted person and may be enforced
in the same manner as a judgment of the Supreme Court
in its civil jurisdiction."

Amendment of section 13.
5.
Section 13 of the principal Ordinance is amended
(a) in subsection (1) by deleting "The Attorney General,
if satisfied that there are reasonable grounds for
suspecting that an offence under this Ordinance has
been committed by any person, may for the purposes
of an investigation into such offence, authorize in
writing any police officer of or above the rank of senior
inspector or any Crown servant specified in such
authorization," and substituting the following -
