I,
having been
appointed to act as member of the Judicial Service Commission,
do swear
that I will
solemnly and sincerely declare and affirm
freely and without fear or favour, affection or ill-vill,
give my counsel and advice to the Governor of Hong Kong
in connexion with all such matters as may be referred
to the Judicial Service Commission under the Judicial
Service Commission Ordinance, and that I will not directly,
or indirectly reveal any such matters to any unauthorized
person or otherwise than in the course of duty.
