HONG KONG DISTRICT JUDGES: FORMS OF ADDRESS
With reference to Hong Kong Saving 205 of 24 August I believe Miss Harvey commented on forms of address for Judges some time ago but we have no previous precedents recorded.
2. Did the Saving Despatch 569 of 31 December 1969 issue from HKIOD? I assume you will consult the Legal Advisers as necessary but will you note our interest? In addition to our co-ordinating role we are of course now involved with senior judicial appointments in the DTS.
3. I shall be grateful therefore if you will let me have copies of previous papers about this subject and of the reply you send to Hong Kong.
